Mr Preven Naicker ( Pr CPM, MACPM, Pr.Snr Arch Tech, AAArb) has qualifications in Architecture, Business Management, Project Management and Airport Master Planning and Detailed Design. His experience spans over a period in excess of 20 Years within the Built Environment and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive knowledge and experience of all Government procurement rules and is a practitioner in what is known as IDMS (Infrastructure Delivery Management System). As a registered professional he knows and has worked with GCC and JBCC extensively as well as NEC and FIDIC. I have sound Project Management Knowledge and general overall management skills. He joined VNA Consulting in 2013 as a Group Executive and is currently the Chief Operations Officer and a Director. The work experience includes working as a Manager of the Projects Division – Regional Airports at the Airports Company South Africa (ACSA). Apart from registration as Pr CPM and MACPM, he has a multitude of Professional and Voluntary registrations in an effort to ensure cohesion within the built-environment sector. This includes registration as an Associate with the Association for Arbitrators and as an Incorporate member with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), and is also a member of the KZN Institute of Architects. As an individual he has a vast knowledge of the built environment with specialisation in respect of property development, property management, All Airport Infrastructure, Commercial and Residential projects. Jorge Patricio is an ACPM Associate Member ( CMP ASSM ) and has obtained a NHD in Construction in 1986. He has 35 Years of experience in the industry and involved in the residential and commercial sector of the industry. He has vast experience from been on site from the start of a project to completion of the works as a Foreman to Contracts Manager and progressing to Project Management in the Construction Industry in Commercial Properties where he is involved in the design , program , quality control and co-ordination of the project team . He was Employed by Murray & Roberts Housing and Construction till 2004 and his currently employed by M&F Giuricich Developments Pty Ltd since 2004 . He was worked in various parts of South Africa where projects have been constructed for his current employer. Jorge Patricio is a Board Member of the JBCC as a representative of the ACPM Constituent.

Jedd Grimbeek (PrCPM, MACPM) holds a BSc. Building Management Degree with 31yrs experience in the industry. He is currently the Managing Director of a dedicated project management company in Cape Town, Mitchell du Plessis Projects (Pty) Ltd (aka MDA Projects). He is a highly experienced built environment professional who has accumulated more than 30 years’ experience spanning both local and international markets and covering both the consulting and construction contracting ends of the spectrum. Jedd specializes as a registered professional project manager and development consultant and has led, delivered and participated in some of the most prominent and complex projects undertaken in Cape Town, South Africa, and internationally. These projects include the V&A Waterfront Marina Residential Development, the MyCiTi Integrated Rapid Transit System, Phase 1, the Phase 1 Cape Town International Convention Centre, the Aurum Presidential & Luxury Residences, the Harbour Bay Medical Facility, Century City Canal Walk Shopping Centre, the Shangri-La Hotel in Taipei, and HSBC Hong Kong Peak Residences.
