Problem Statement: In the Built environment context, a professional Code of Conduct is an official document that clearly defines how construction managers, construction project managers, quantity surveyors, engineers, architects and others should behave in the workplace on a day-to-day basis. However, the sector carries the badge of poor reputation with regard to probity, professionalism and good governance. The status quo has to be addressed.
