Mr. Preven Naicker (Pr CPM, MACPM, Pr.Snr Arch Tech, AAArb) has qualifications in Architecture, Business Management, Project Management, Airport Master Planning and Detailed Design. His experience spans over a period in excess of 25 Years within the Built Environment and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive knowledge and experience with all Government procurement rules and is a practitioner of IDMS (Infrastructure Delivery Management System). As a registered professional, he knows and has worked with CCC, JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC. He has sound Programme and Project Management Knowledge and general overall corporate management skills. Preven Naicker is the Principal and Managing Director of DPN Consulting. He is also registered with the Association for Arbitrators and as an Incorporate member with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). His experience to date underlines his philosophy that you learn something new every day. He is the current Vice-President of the ACPM.

Anthony Afordofe is a renowned Programme Manager, Project Manager & Construction Project Director for Akweni Group Property Solutions (Pty) Ltd (AGPS), a company with over 20 years of experience, where he is also the Founder and Director. He is also the of President & Board Member of the Association of Construction Project Managers (ACPM) and a Board Member and Review Committee Member of the Joint Building Contracts Committee (JBCC). He has also served on the Marketing Committee of the South African Council of Projects & Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP). Mr. Afordofe is the former Board Member of Asanele Consulting and currently a Board Member of AAD Global Infrastructure Development Company. Anthony is a leader in the Built Environment Industry. Anthony has participated in various industry Conferences, Seminars, Indabas, and Construction Industry Conversations with various Councils and Voluntary Associations within the Built Environment space.

Mr. Isaac Mzumara Nkosi has an MSc in Project Management from the University of Pretoria, a BSc in Construction Management from the University of Pretoria, and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the University of Malawi. Mr. Nkosi has also completed programmes in Economics, Financial and Strategic Management with the University of Pretoria, and Corporate Governance with the University of South Africa. Mr. Nkosi currently practices in the Built Environment for his own property development and project management firm, and has previously worked for several property development, project management, and construction firms, where he gained extensive experience in strategic management, corporate governance, executive management, property development management, construction project management, and construction management. This experience spans more than 28 years in various multi-billion Rand construction and property development entities, and projects including urban and rural infrastructure projects; commercial and retail property developments; education and healthcare infrastructure projects; human settlement (mixed-use) developments; and hospitality and leisure facilities projects. Some of these projects include Public Private Partnership (PPP) contracts for both public and private sector clients. Mr. Nkosi served as the Chairperson of the Council for the Built Environment (CBE) and Vice President of the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) from 2014 to 2018. He is the immediate past President of the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP), a role he served in from June 2018 to December 2022. He also serves on the boards of companies locally and internationally. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Association of Construction Project Managers (ACPM).

Mr. Sheerish Jhina (PrCPM, MACPM), is a recognised Construction Project Manager & practitioner in the South African built environment with a distinguished career spanning over 36 years in the construction industry. Mr. Jhina serves as a long-standing Executive Board Member and Treasurer of the ACPM. As a Registered Professional Project and Construction Manager (PrCPM), his career highlights a commitment to advancing the profession and professional industry standards. Throughout his distinguished career, including a 27-year tenure as Partner and Director at SIP Project Managers, and his recent role as Projects & Operations Director at Focus Project Management, he has steered and project managed various iconic large-scale, complex projects and developments across diverse sectors, including Hospitality & Luxury Resorts, High-rise Residential & Commercial Developments, Regional Retail Malls, Healthcare, and Civil Infrastructure. His experience in the construction industry spans through the ranks from Architectural & Civils Draughting, Quantity Surveying, Self-employed Building Contractor and as Partner and Director of Project Management Consultancies.

Nomvula Rakolote is the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Construction Project Managers (ACPM), an Adjunct Professor in the Built Environment, and a respected leader in governance, professional development, and the advancement of the built environment sector. She currently serves as the Independent Chairperson of the Arup Education Trust, is a member of the Central University of Technology (CUT) and Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) Advisory Committees, and serves as a Council Member of Sol Plaatje University. With more than 27 years of leadership experience across education, governance, regulation, and the built environment, Nomvula has built a distinguished career dedicated to strengthening institutions, developing professionals, and creating sustainable pathways for skills development and economic participation. She is the former Chief Executive Officer and Registrar of the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP), where she played a pivotal role in advancing professional standards, accreditation, registration systems, and stakeholder collaboration within the sector. Through her leadership of ACPM and various industry initiatives, she has championed the professionalisation of built-environment disciplines, graduate transition programmes, candidate development frameworks, mentorship initiatives, and strategic partnerships between academia, industry, and government. Her work has directly contributed to expanding opportunities for students, graduates, and emerging professional Her extensive skill set includes corporate governance, business development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. With over 18 years of executive leadership experience, 15 of which have been in the construction sector, Nomvula is recognised for her strategic insight, ability to navigate complex challenges, and commitment to sustainable growth.
