This is a strategic training event brought to you by the Association of Construction Project Managers in collaborating with Ukuthembeka.  This is one of the initiaves for value added services for registered members of the ACPM.

In this course, we will examine aspects of common law related to construction and building contracts. We will explore the Common Law system adapted to the changing circumstances of modern times.
