• We wish to be admitted as a Corporate Member of the Association of Construction Project Managers (“ACPM”). • If admitted, we agree to abide by the Constitution, Rules and Code of Professional Conduct for Corporate Members of the ACPM for the time being in force and we acknowledge that we have read and understood those that are current at the time of this application. • We agree to resign as a Corporate Member should we no longer comply with the Rules of Membership Requirements for Corporate Members and to forthwith cease using the ACPM’s Corporate Member logo and to return the Membership Certificate. • We undertake to pay all application and registration fees due to ACPM by us from time to time. • We declare that all statements made on this application form are true.
